Pay: £260 per day

Site manager – Carpentry biased (Hands on)
We are looking for a working site manager to oversee a shop fitting project based in Northampton. The right person will have a good understanding of Health & Safety, oversee tradesmen, manage customer relations, ensure the project stays on track, and have the ability to perform hands‑on building partitions and stud walling.
* Overseeing sub‑contractors
* Good communicator
* Ensure health and safety protocol is followed
* Inductions
* Carpentry
* IT Literate
The right candidate will have the following:
* SMSTS certification
* First aid at work
* CSCS Card
