We are currently looking for Freelance Site Managers with CAT A / B fit out project experience to work on projects across Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations for internal fit out works across designated floors and work areas
* Work closely with Project Managers, Commercial Teams, Design Teams, and MEP coordinators
* Ensure all works are delivered in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures
* Maintain accurate site documentation including RAMS, permits, progress reports, and site diaries
* Lead subcontractor progress meetings and daily coordination meetings
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labour to achieve programme milestones and handover dates
* Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging/de-snagging through to practical completion
* Monitor labour, materials, productivity, and overall site performance to maintain programme targets
Requirements
1. Proven experience working as a Site Manager or Fit Out Manager on commercial office fit out and refurb projects
