Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled M&E Site Manager to join a leading engineering and construction firm, in a contract position outside IR35. As the successful candidate you will be required to work full-time on site in Swaffham, Norfolk. You will be working on a large-scale National Grid Substation project. -Competitive day rate of £550 (depending on experience). -Full-time on-site working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: -Ensure adherence to SHE policies, CDM regulations, and statutory requirements. -Lead and motivate teams including subcontractors; provide supervision, coaching, and performance monitoring. -Deliver projects safely, on time, and in line with client and company expectations. -Manage daily and weekly reporting on resources, materials, and subcontractor performance. -Undertake site inspections and maintain accurate records. -Liaise with clients, customers, local authorities, and third parties to support ongoing and future works. -Conduct quality checks per contract specs and maintain operational standards. -Ensure compliance with company HSQE policies and maintain accurate operative records.
