This is a hands-on HR Business Partner role supporting a multi-site, project-led business, with a strong focus on employee relations, manager support, and contractor compliance. Client Details The client is a UK-based engineering and technology business that forms part of a wider international group and is experiencing growth and operational change. They operate across multiple UK sites, deliver major projects, and rely on a mix of permanent employees and specialist contractors.
