HR Department:
The HR department plays a key strategic and operational role within the school, supporting staff across all stages of the employee lifecycle. The HR Manager works closely with senior leadership to ensure robust HR practices, compliance with employment legislation, and the promotion of a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Requirements
• Proven experience in an HR management role, ideally within an education or public sector setting
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Experience managing recruitment, employee relations, and performance processes
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work confidentially and with discretion
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above desirable)
