We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Stopping Site Manager to oversee passive fire protection works across a portfolio of live projects within the education and healthcare sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager with strong fire stopping knowledge who enjoys running jobs properly, working closely with site teams, and delivering compliant, high-quality installations on complex projects.
The RoleYou will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of passive fire protection works on site, ensuring programmes, quality, and compliance standards are met.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing fire stopping packages across live sites (student accommodation, universities, hospitals)
Supervising site operatives and subcontractors
Ensuring all works are delivered in line with FIRAS / manufacturer specifications
Carrying out quality inspections and resolving site issues
Coordinating with main contractors, project teams, and internal management
Maintaining accurate site records, QA documentation, and progress reporting
Promoting high standards of health & safety at all timesAbout You
Proven experience as a Fire Stopping Site Manager / Supervisor
Strong technical knowledge of passive fire protection systems
Confident managing site teams and liaising with main contractors
SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred)
Comfortable working across multiple live environments
Based outside the M25, ideally West or North-West of London
Full UK driving licenceWhat’s on Offer
