Think Construction is pleased to have been instructed by a leading regional construction contractor to find a Site Manager to join their experienced team. This role offers an opportunity to join a successful family-run business dedicated to delivering projects to an exceptional standard, valuing their staff, and creating opportunities for progression.
The Company
Our client started 10 years ago and is growing due to new projects and repeat business with an established customer base. They are a cash-rich business with a turnover of £20 million, primarily working on refurbishment projects.
Their sectors include Retail, Commercial, Industrial, and Healthcare. Projects range from £50k to £5 million, mainly refurbishments with some new builds.
The Role
As an experienced Site Manager, you will be based on-site, covering projects around the West Midlands. You will lead teams of specialist in-house tradespeople, support site safety, and focus on quality, reliability, and high standards.

Candidate Requirements
* Experience as a Site Manager in commercial and industrial refurbishment projects
* SMSTS qualified
* NVQ Level 6 in Site Management or equivalent
