We're seeking an ambitious individual to be a key player in the growth of our UK market, focusing on geolocation services for enterprise clients.
The Opportunity
The UK is our biggest market after France, and you'll be joining a small, autonomous team to drive significant growth. Our tools help businesses enhance customer experience through geolocation solutions like store/tool locators. You will be part of a dynamic scale-up, currently at 30 employees worldwide, with a presence in countries including Italy, France, Spain, India, and the UK.
Responsibilities:
This is a 360-degree sales role with a dual focus on acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
* New Business (70%): You will actively chase new logos and target enterprise accounts that can benefit from geolocation services.
* Account Management (30%): You will be responsible for upselling and cross-selling within the existing portfolio, capitalizing on low account churn. Work collaboratively with the existing
* Pre-Sales Engineer in the UK for technical support and to present value to clients.
* Target complex organizations and engage with key decision-makers, including CPOs, CTOs, and Product Managers.
* Aim to achieve a new business target around £500k–£700k with an Average Order Value (AOV) of £30k–£40k and focus on keeping the sales cycle short (3–6 months).
* Identify and open new verticals, mirroring successful strategies across Europe.
Requirements:
* Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry, selling solutions over just products.
* Background: Open on industry, but a working understanding of IT is necessary (e.g., knowing what an API is). While you don't need to be a technical expert, you must be able to understand how the solution works.
* Mindset: A curious, open-minded, and consultative sales approach is essential. You should be agile, able to create value for clients, and comfortable working with complex organizations.
* Work Style: Autonomous and self-driven, able to adapt easily, and get up to speed quickly, especially in a work-from-home setup. You must also be open to collaboration.
