We are looking for a Reward Manager to join our team to shape our reward experience and deliver an excellent service to our employees.
About the Role:
As our Reward Manager, you’ll manage the UK & ROI reward operations, ensuring we offer a compelling and compliant reward proposition to our employees. You’ll partner with HR and business leaders to deliver fair, consistent, and market-aligned compensation strategies. From managing annual pay reviews and bonus processes to overseeing third-party providers and ensuring audit compliance, this is a role where your impact will be felt across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute tothe annual compensation planning and managing pay review processes
2. Conduct market benchmarking and ensure competitive reward positioning
3. Act as the Group’s subject matter expert on all things reward
4. Manage third-party providers and ensure service excellence
5. Deliver accurate payroll and reward data, reports, and insights
6. Drive continuous improvement in reward systems and processes
7. Ensure full legal and audit compliance across all jurisdictions
What Success Looks Like:
8. Reward processes delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards
9. Positive feedback from employees and stakeholders
10. Accurate and timely year-end reporting and reconciliations
11. Effective use of HRIS and payroll systems
12. Strong third-party performance and contract management
What We’re Looking For:
13. Proven experience managing reward operations in a complex business
14. Strong knowledge of HR, reward, and payroll best practices
15. Experience with HR & Payroll systems
16. Skilled in managing third-party relationships
17. Strategic, proactive, and commercially minded
18. Excellent communication and influencing skills
19. IPPM or CIPD qualified would be advantageous
