We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a project based in Bromley. This role requires a reliable and hands-on professional to manage site operations and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. A Basic DBS check is required due to the nature of the project.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site activities and manage subcontractors
*
Ensure works are completed in line with programme, budget, and quality standards
*
Maintain and enforce health & safety compliance on site
*
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular inspections
*
Manage site records, RAMS, and progress reporting
*
Coordinate deliveries, materials, and site logistics
*
Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction or refurbishment projects
*
Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certification
*
Basic DBS (or willing to obtain immediately) – Required
*
Strong leadership and organisational skills
*
Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme deadlines
*
Full UK driving licence preferred
