Role Description
We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role will be pivotal in driving high‑volume, lower‑value sales opportunities through targeted inside sales campaigns. Operating as part of a wider omnichannel strategy, this position supports the overarching sales pipeline while contributing to our long‑term business growth.
The ideal candidate will be data‑savvy, sales‑driven, and excited to work in a purpose‑led organisation making a real impact in secure and therapeutic environments.
Responsibilities
* Inside Sales Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted inside sales campaigns to drive increase pipeline positively impacting revenue growth
* Sales Throughput & Pipeline Development: Support the wider business strategy by feeding the top of the pipeline through qualified leads and effective lead nurturing and closing high volume low‑valued opportunities
* Omnichannel Alignment: Collaborate with marketing and field sales to ensure campaign messaging and engagement is consistent across all channels
* Stakeholder Identification & Engagement: Build and enrich stakeholder data, identifying new contacts across mental health and custodial institutions, specifiers, contractors, and decision‑makers
* Data Management & Cleansing: Maintain and improve the accuracy of CRM data by cleansing existing records and enriching them with new, relevant information
* Performance Monitoring: Track and report on campaign success metrics, lead conversion rates, and data quality improvements
Requirements
* Confident communicator with excellent telephone and written skills
* Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools (Salesforce)
* Strong understanding of lead qualification and sales funnel development
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment
* Knowledge of or interest in the mental health or custodial sectors is desirable but not essential
Tasks
* Maintain an accurate representation of all activities and opportunities on Salesforce (CRM)
* Attend internal meetings as and when required
* Complete relevant reporting requirements
* Be expected to, on occasion, enter mental health and custodial/prison environments
* Attend industry exhibitions and represent Kingsway
