Location: South West London (ideal base: within the M25)
Salary: £50–70K package (competitive basic + uncapped commission, bonuses, and benefits)

About the Role
We are seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to join a global leader in the dental and medical devices sector. Covering South West London and surrounding areas, this is a high-energy, commercial role for a proven sales professional with a strong hunter mentality.
You will be responsible for driving new business, building long-term client relationships, and representing premium implant systems and medical device solutions in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of your sales territory, managing both existing and prospective clients.
* Generate new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
* Sell premium dental implant systems and related medical device solutions to dentists and key decision-makers.
* Deliver product demonstrations, chairside consultations, and training support.
* Manage the sales cycle independently, with the backing of a respected global brand.
* Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and strengthen market presence.
Who We’re Looking For
* Experience: At least 3 years’ field sales experience in a competitive environment.
* Background: Ideally from dental implants, orthodontics, or medical devices, but candidates from surgical, orthopaedics, veterinary devices, or aesthetics will also be considered.
* Skills: Confident communicator with strong consultative sales skills and the resilience to succeed in challenging markets.
* Mindset: A true hunter with a track record of exceeding targets.
* Based in South West London / M25 corridor with ability to travel across the region.
