About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Administrator with 2-3 years of strong HR experience to join our team on a 6-month contract. This hybrid role, based in Manchester, offers the opportunity to support a busy HR function while working collaboratively across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance.
* Manage HR systems and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
* Assist with payroll processing and liaise with relevant departments to resolve queries.
* Support HR projects, such as policy implementation, employee engagement initiatives, and reporting.
* Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence in line with company policies.
* Respond to routine HR queries from employees and managers in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements
* 2-3 years' experience in an HR Administrator or similar HR support role.
* Strong understanding of HR processes, employment legislation, and best practices.
* Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
