We are a rapidly expanding company focused on global fit excellence. The Softlines Private Brands Fit team works worldwide to deliver perfect fit and quality across direct development products. You will help deliver best‑in‑class fit and quality through pattern cutting, grading, and fit sessions.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver clear specifications on tech packs, including fit, construction and quality, with target prices in mind.
* Lead fit sessions to ensure sizing, construction and quality consistency.
* Create blocks, patterns and grading guidance across product suites.
* Develop or update technical literature and SOPs as required.
* Conduct wearer testing through development and post‑production.
* Evaluate garments for compliance with specs, construction, quality and fit intent.
* Track and manage workflow and workload.
* Travel to factories, work with technical teams to advance fit approval timelines.
* Conduct root‑cause analysis and deep data dives for strategy/defect escalations.
* Lead technical conversations with vendors, including quality and fit issue escalations.
* Read, evaluate and manipulate data‑led fit reporting.
Basic Qualifications
* At least 5 years of hands‑on pattern cutting experience.
* Profound knowledge of fit and garment construction methods.
* Experience with manual and digital pattern cutting, grading, and CAD software.
* Understanding of fabric properties and their impact on fit.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
* Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
* Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.
* Experience in program or project management.
* Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels of the organization.
* Bachelor’s degree.
