Job Title: Labourer - Social Housing Bathroom Strip-Outs
Location: Local social housing sites (must be able to travel between properties)
Rate: £16.14 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week
Start: Immediate
We are currently recruiting Labourers for a long-term social housing contract, working on bathroom strip-out projects.
🔧 Duties:
Stripping out old bathrooms (suites, tiles, flooring, etc.)
Assisting trades on site
Removing and loading waste
Keeping work areas clean and safe
Working across occupied and void properties
✅ Requirements:
Valid CSCS card
Own transport (essential due to multiple site locations)
Physically fit and reliable
Experience on social housing or strip-out works preferred
Good attitude and willingness to work
💷 Pay:
£16.14 per hour
39 hours per week
