About the Food Ingredients Business Unit Our team develops safe, high-quality ingredients that meet global standards and customer expectations. About the Role As Quality Manager, you’ll oversee all QA/QC activities at the Girvan site, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, GMPs, and regulatory requirements. You’ll lead audits, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement. Where You’ll Make a Difference Lead site quality systems and ensure ISO9001, FSSC22000, and GMP compliance. Manage audits, customer visits, and regulatory inspections. Oversee training in hygiene, food safety, and GMPs. Handle complaints, non-conformances, and corrective actions. Maintain documentation and calibration of quality-critical equipment. Support regulatory declarations and customer information requests. What Makes You the Right Fit Experience in quality management within food manufacturing. Strong knowledge of food safety systems and regulatory compliance. Skilled in audits, documentation, and team leadership. Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field. How Would You Stand Out?
