Job Description
Responsibilities for the HR Manager:
3. Lead the HR team in daily operations
4. Plan and implement strategic HR initiatives
5. Develop and oversee HR policies and procedures
6. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
7. Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
8. Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts
9. Conduct performance and talent management
10. Oversee training and development programs
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
11. A degree in Human Resources or related field
12. Proven experience as a HR Manager
13. Recruitment experience
14. Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
15. Strong leadership and people management skills
16. Good understanding of HR functions and best practices
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
18. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
19. Proficiency in HR software
