Shifts: Monday - Friday
Shift Time: From 8AM - 2PM
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Catering Manager to lead our school kitchen, delivering high quality meals for both students and staff.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily catering operations and food preparation
* Plan healthy menus to meet school food standards
* Manage and supervise catering staff
* Control budgets, stock and ordering
* Ensure high standards of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness
Qualifications
* Must have an Enhanced DBS registered on the online updated service
* Experience working in a school
* Knowledge of food safety regulationsAbility to work in a fast paced environment
