About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our clients team on a part‑time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied generalist role and enjoys shaping a positive employee experience. You’ll be part of the SLT and play a key part in developing our people strategy, supporting managers, and ensuring our HR processes run smoothly.Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries, offering clear and practical advice.
2. Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development, performance, and offboarding.
3. Support managers with employee relations, absence management, and performance issues.
4. Maintain and improve HR policies, ensuringpliance with legislation and best practice.
5. Lead on HR projects such as employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and learning & development.
6. Provide insightful HR reporting to support decision-making.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
7. Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR generalist role from a manufacturing or similar environment.
8. Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
9. Excellentmunication and relationship‑building skills.
10. A hands‑on, solutions‑focused approach.
11. CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above desirable).
12. The ability to work independently and balance a varied workload across three/four days.
