4. Maintain schedules and control costs
Requirements:
5. Experience managing residential construction projects
6. SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications
7. Strong leadership and organisational skills
8. Ability to work independently and drive site progress
9. Demonstrates a strongmitment to Health and Safety, ensuringpliance with site regulations and promoting a safe working environment at all times
10. A forklift licence would be beneficial
