Comfortable selling complex tech into UK businesses, both direct and via partners? This is a full-time, permanent new business sales role, focused on Unified Communications and Contact Centre solutions in the CCaaS / UCaaS space. It's a hands-on, revenue-driving role with real ownership and clear accountability.
Location & working pattern- Office-based role in Liverpool

Earnings- Up to £50,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission (over £70k OTE)

What you'll actually be doing This is a grown-up sales role where results matter more than box-ticking. You'll be responsible for winning new business through both direct and channel routes. Your day-to-day will include:
- Owning the full sales cycle, from first conversation through to contract signature
- Converting qualified inbound leads generated via marketing and lead partners
- Building and closing direct B2B opportunities, primarily mid-market
- Working closely with channel partners, distributors and resellers to support and close deals
- Delivering product demos and value-led, consultative sales conversations
- Managing and maintaining a healthy, predictable CRM pipeline
- Providing accurate forecasting and revenue reporting
- Ensuring a smooth handover to account management after initial onboarding
What we're looking for You don't need to tick every box, but you should be comfortable operating in this world.
Essential- Proven experience closing new-business B2B deals
- Background in UCaaS, CCaaS, CX, SaaS or telecoms sales
- Experience selling direct and working with channel / partner models
- Confident presenting, negotiating and closing
- Commercial, consultative sales approach
- Comfortable working office-based and owning your number
Nice to have- Experience with Unified Communications, VoIP, SIP or cloud contact centre platforms
- Exposure to Microsoft Teams, AI-driven CX or omnichannel solutions
- Existing relationships within the UK tech or telecoms channel
