How you’ll spend your day
As a Senior Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality software solutions, contributing to both hands-on development and technical decision-making.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Designing and developing robust, scalable applications using C# and .NET
* Translating high-level requirements into practical, well-structured technical solutions
* Building and enhancing APIs, services, and data layers across modern cloud environments
* Working with Azure services, including databases and messaging platforms, to deliver performant and resilient systems
* Contributing to containerisation and deployment using Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
* Supporting the implementation of monitoring and observability solutions
* Writing clean, maintainable code and contributing to code reviews and best practices
* Collaborating closely with Product, Architecture, and Delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
* Identifying areas for improvement, including technical debt and optimisation opportunities
What you’ll bring to this role
We’re looking for a strong Senior Developer with deep technical expertise and a passion for building high-quality software.
You’ll bring:
* Strong commercial experience developing with C# and .NET in production environments
* Experience working with Azure cloud services, including databases and messaging technologies
* Hands-on experience with containerised applications and Kubernetes
* Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps)
* Solid understanding of software design principles and best practices
You’ll also demonstrate:
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams
* Confidence contributing to technical discussions and influencing decisions
* A passion for clean, maintainable code and continuous improvement
* The ability to take ownership of work while supporting others where needed
