Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our HR department and support recruitment and operational processes. This role is ideal for someone starting their HR career who enjoys working with people, is comfortable on the phone, and is eager to learn the ins and outs of HR operations in a dynamic work environment.
You will play a key part in candidate communication, CV screening, and supporting our Key Account Manager in their daily responsibilities. If you are organized, confident, and have a passion for people and process, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates and schedule interviews.
* Proactively reach out to candidates and maintain clear, professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
* Screen CVs and match candidates to suitable roles based on client requirements.
* Assist in maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
* Support the Key Account Manager in day-to-day operations, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and client follow-ups.
* Help coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
* Assist with administrative tasks and HR documentation.
Experience & Skills
* Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or a customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
* Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with candidates in a professional manner.
* Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR systems (e.g. ATS, Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft) is an advantage.
* Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
* Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
