Salary: Competitive, plus commission - £45-50K OTE, car allowance & excellent benefits
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 09:30 am to 17:00 pm
About Beeches Lodge
Beeches Lodge is a stunning collection of 46 one and two bedroom retirement apartments located in the heart of Burnham. We are currently recruiting a talented Sales Executive to join our team.
About the role
As our new Sales Executive, you will make a meaningful difference in our customers' lives by introducing them to independent retirement living. Your role involves proactively engaging with interested customers and guiding them through their purchase and lifestyle decisions.
* Build strong relationships to ensure a positive, hassle-free experience from enquiry to move-in.
* Work on-site from the Welcome Centre, responsible for achieving sales targets and understanding the development to guide customers effectively.
* Show apartments using our well-equipped show home centre, which includes floor plans, interior options, and partnerships with removal companies.
You will collaborate with Marketing, Customer Relations, Construction teams, and external partners such as estate agents and solicitors to support sales progression.
About you
We value customer-centric sales experience, preferably within the retirement market or new homes sector. You should demonstrate excellent relationship skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to work independently. Your calming and supportive demeanor will help customers feel at ease during their decision-making process.
Other key qualities include professionalism, responsibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience with IT databases. A valid UK Driver's Licence is required for customer visits outside the site.
