Job Title: New Homes Sales Advisor (Floating Role) Salary: £26,000 basic £1,000 per month commission mileage paid Working Hours: Monday: 10:00am 5:00pm Thursday: 10:00am 7:00pm Friday: 10:00am 5:00pm Saturday: 11:00am 5:00pm Sunday: 11:00am 5:00pm New Homes Sales Advisor On Behalf of Our Client We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a five-star house builder, for a motivated and customer-focused New Homes Sales Advisor to work in a floating role across multiple developments. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for all sales aspects involved in the day-to-day running of developments, ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered at all times. The role involves achieving or exceeding sales targets while effectively progressing reservations through to contract exchange and legal completion. Key Responsibilities Responsible for achieving sales targets as defined by senior management Liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisors regularly to ensure timely contract exchange and legal completion Assist customers post-completion with reporting repairs or customer service issues Proactively work with Sales Managers and colleagues to suggest ideas to increase sales Maintain the presentation of the site and show homes to the highest standards Ensure all product knowledge is kept up to date to provide accurate information to purchasers Guide customers around show homes, stock plots and developments to demonstrate features and benefits Ensure all visitors are aware of Health and Safety policies and are accompanied on site Effectively utilise the CRM system and maintain accurate records Liaise with Site Managers to arrange customer meetings in a timely manner Attend and record weekly Sales/Site Meetings and complete any actions Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, processes and standards Experience, Qualifications and Skills Experience Experience within the housebuilding industry is beneficial Proven experience delivering excellent customer service Experience handling confidential and sensitive information Understanding of property sales and marketing processes Experience working in a customer-focused environment, including home visits Experience building effective relationships with property professionals and external agencies Qualifications and Training Full UK Driving Licence Access to a vehicle for business use Skills and Aptitude Knowledge of the home buying and conveyancing process Ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload to meet sales and completion targets Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to diversity and inclusion Role and Working Conditions Predominantly site-based role with travel to divisional offices as required Flexible approach to working hours and location, including weekends and occasional evenings What Our Client Offers Competitive basic salary plus monthly commission Mileage paid for business travel Contributory pension scheme 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Access to discounts and benefits portal ShareSave Scheme Cycle to Work Scheme Life assurance Holiday Purchase Scheme Earn and Learn opportunities To apply or for more information, please contact us for a confidential discussion.
