Site Manager – Wolverhampton
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 + package (depending on experience)
Kitson Associates is pleased to share a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a rapidly growing housing developer on their site in Wolverhampton.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues or delays.
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
* Manage site logistics, deliveries, and materials efficiently.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality homes on time.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential new build housing within the UK.
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
* CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
* First Aid qualification (preferred).
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and health & safety compliance.
* IT literate with experience using project management software.
* Full UK driving license.
