Our client, A Large public sector organisation, based in Stranmillis is looking for an Administrative Officer to join their team.
Duration: March 2026 with possible extension
Rate of pay: £13.75
Location: Stranmillis (Fulltime office based)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Start date: ASAP
Main Duties:
Validation checks/queries – checking business survey returns identified by the ELMS Integrated Business Survey System (IBSS) which require clarification to ensure that data is accurate. Following set processes for scanning, logging and keying paper survey return data across business surveys. Telephone response chasing – contacting businesses to check they have received survey forms and to request the return of statutory business survey forms. Promotion of electronic responses – promote the benefits of the ELMS Electronic Data Collection to businesses as the primary and preferred method of data collection. Contact investigation – maintenance of business contact details and updating of the internal system by contacting businesses Helpdesk cover – act as a point of contact on the survey help desks to provide guidance such as completing survey forms and issuing new forms.
Essential Criteria:
– 5 GCSEs A-C (Must include Maths and English)
