Working closely with the Sales Manager, the role blends new business development with account management, ensuring every client receives a seamless, personalised experience from first contact through to post-event follow-up.
This position is ideal for someone proactive, organised, and client-focused, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is confident building relationships in a professional yet relaxed manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching through to closing and ongoing relationship management.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, including cross-selling and follow-up after events.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the client base.
• Maintain accurate client and pipeline records within the CRM (experience with Salesforce beneficial).
• Oversee key accounts to ensure exceptional service throughout the booking and event process.
• Engage confidently with clients and suppliers via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on commercial strategy, targets, and client priorities.
• Prepare and share regular sales reports, using data insights to track progress and highlight opportunities for improvement.
• Support onsite delivery at selected events, including major international hospitality experiences each year.
• Contribute positively to a professional, friendly, and collaborative team culture.
What You’ll Bring:
• Proven sales experience, ideally within events, sports, hospitality, or luxury travel.
• A proactive mindset with strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Confidence in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and engaging tone.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours when dealing with international clients or delivering events.
• An interest in live events or motorsport is beneficial but not essential—enthusiasm, professionalism, and willingness to learn are key
