Job Description: A leading law firm based in Sheffield is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the HR department and manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Support the HR team with implementation of the HR strategy.
Support and coach line managers to deal with HR issues including performance and sickness absence.
Assist with the administration of payroll and benefits processes.
Champion the onboarding process, ensuring it is of high quality and reviewed regularly.
Qualifications: CIPD qualified to at least level 5 with five years’ experience working in a generalist HR role and managing a team.
Experience in professional services would be ideal.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Adaptable, willing, and capable of working flexibly and as part of a team.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
