Employment Lawyer – 12-Month Maternity Cover
Amnesty International is a global movement of over ten million people campaigning for human rights.
We are seeking an in-house Employment Lawyer to provide accurate, timely, and practical legal advice across a broad range of employment matters. This is a 12-month maternity cover role supporting our global operations and will be a key member of our human resources team.

Skills and Experience
* UK-qualified solicitor with minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience
* Proven expertise in contentious and non-contentious employment law, ideally from both private practice and in-house roles
* Experience with global employment practices (50% of our workforce is outside the UK)
* Exceptional drafting and communication skills
* Strong influencing with the ability to negotiate
* Self-motivated with excellent workload management skills
