RESPONSIBILITIES
* Achieve personal and team sales targets across assigned channels and dealers.
* Formulate, develop, and execute sell-in and sell-out strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Plan and support channel sales activities and events including but not limited to in-store promotions, brand fairs, roadshows, in-house sales activities and etc.
* Evaluate performance and effectiveness of sales campaigns.
* Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
* Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
* Manage and support B2B sales projects and tenders.
* Manage stock allocation for channels and dealers.
* Forecast incoming stock requirements based on sales trends and plans.
* Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure healthy stock levels.
* Manage promoters in alignment with company direction, focus models, promotions, and deals.
* Cover and manage responsibilities of other Account Managers during their absence.
* Liaison with various departments and stakeholders to resolve sales, operational, or logistics issues.
* Preparation of documentations including but not limited to Credit Notes (CN) for support and promotions, trading term rebates, Agent delivery coordination, Logistics-related matters, Sales planning and etc.
REQUIREMENTS
* Diploma in Business, Marketing, or similar discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or channel sales.
* Experience in consumer electronics.
* Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated skills in relationship building and relationship management.
* Meticulous, Pro-active and sales-oriented.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
