A well-established organisation in High Wbe are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join on a permanent full-time basis.
Your new role
As the HR Administrator, you will be providing administrative support throughout the recruitment and HR life cycle process. To ensure a smooth and efficient transition for new employees. Managing paperwork, coordinating activities, and maintaining accurate records in line withpany policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with co-ordination of interviews where needed.
2. Preparing and distributing offer letters, contracts, and other onboarding documents, ensuring all required paperwork ispleted accurately and filed inpliance with regulations.
3. Wee new employees on day one and support the relevant manager to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
4. Oversee the probation process, support the managers to ensure meetings are held.
5. Updating and maintaining relevant databases with new hire and leaver information.
6. Creating resignation and leaver letters.
7. Conduction exit interviews where applicable and appropriate.
8. Assisting with co-ordination of interviews where needed.
9. Preparing employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
10. Managing the onboarding process.
11. Answering any employee queries.
12. Working collaboratively with the whole people team.
