Role Overview
* Location: Initial 3-month project in Chertsey, with long-term opportunities for candidates willing to travel to projects across London and the Home Counties.
* Start Date: 15th September.
* Responsibilities:
* Oversee subcontractors and direct labour to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
* Maintain smooth project execution, meeting tight deadlines and adhering to project schedules.
* Collaborate effectively within a broader project team while demonstrating the ability to work independently.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in construction management, with a focus on retail construction and fast-track projects.
* Demonstrated success in managing the construction of retail stores or similar commercial spaces.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Essential Certifications:
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
* CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
* First Aid
* Desirable: Trade qualification or background in a relevant construction discipline.
