Locations: Barons Eden, Genesis House, Moreton in Marsh GL56 0JQ and at Hoar Cross Hall, Staffordshire, DE13 8QS. Travel to other properties and sites as per business requirements shall be required.
Salary: £35,000 per annum.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal
Recruiter to join our HR team. This role is responsible for identifying,
attracting, and hiring top talent for internal positions across various
departments. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers to
understand staffing needs and will manage the full recruitment life cycle to
ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

About the Role
To be responsible for coordinating and
managing the recruitment requirements across the group, in order to meet
present and planned business needs, within budget and legal requirements.
You will be required to engage closely
with the hiring managers to ensure a robust recruitment and selection process
is adhered to. You will work across a
diverse range of specialisms and engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all
levels in order to provide the best recruitment and onboarding services for our
teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* To be responsible for the recruitment of all
staff, in line with budget and business needs, ensuring that staff are
recruited in line with employment and statutory legislation following the employee life cycle from job offer to
induction final probation review
* Build on and continuously review recruitment
tools and procedures within the team to ensure that a purpose driven approach
is adopted in meeting ongoing hiring needs.
* Prepare and create engaging advert copy and
utilise modern talent attraction methods to maximize reach.
* To implement the recruitment strategy to
reflect the development of the business and to be proactive in recruitment at
all times. Support hiring managers in screening applicants, delivering a strong
shortlist of candidates for roles.
* Scheduling interview and trial sessions and
coordinating the full process.
* Provide a positive candidate experience by
maintaining clear communication and timely feedback
* Ensure panel members are appropriately trained
in interview practice and provide feedback in their techniques to maintain the
credibility of the interview process.
* Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking
System and internal trackers and build and maintain a pipeline of qualified
candidates for future openings.
* Stay up to date with hiring trends, best
practices, and employment laws.
* Commit to maintaining professional standards
through CPD.
* Foster and maintain positive relationships with
agency suppliers, through regular review intervals to ensure quality of service
is maintained.
* To ensure that all relevant personnel
documentation is completed as required through our ATS in order to meet both
company and legal requirements.
* To ensure that all new starters have completed
correct onboarding documentation, and that appropriate references and Right to
Work documentation are requested, received and verified, using the ATS and HR systems.
* To ensure that all current. casual and
contracted personnel files are maintained to company standards, including
payroll, statutory and personal documentation.
* To provide ATS training to all Heads of
Departments, ensuring that the system is being utilised to its full potential.
* To analyse recruitment data including new
starters/leavers using the current systems, creating monthly reports.
Person Specification:
* Possess previous relevant experience in
recruitment preferably in hospitality and qualified to either Level 3 or 5 qualification
or REC equivalent.
* Be able to work fast and efficiently
without compromising on standards.
* Have a good eye for detail.
* Have a great teamwork ethic.
* Be familiar with applicant tracking
systems.
* Have strong interpersonal and
communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple searches and
deadlines simultaneously, demonstrate strong organisational and time management
skills.
* Possess a high level of confidentiality
and professionalism.
* Be able to work on your own and be able
to deliver great customer service both internally and externally.
Desirables
* Hospitality Industry Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment role within the hospitality industry is advantageous.
Additional Information:
* Full-time role: 40 hours per week.
* Location: Based at Barons Eden (GL56 0JQ) and Hoar Cross Hall (DE13 8QS)
* Driving Licence: A full valid UK driving licence is required. This role involves a mix of office-based work and on-site presence at our hotel and spa properties. Flexibility to travel between locations is essential.
