Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor
Location: Finlake Holiday Park, TQ13 0EJ
Salary: £26.00 per class for delivering - Zumba, Aqua Zumba, Spin, and Body Boot Camp
Hours: Variable (predominantly evening shifts) to be discussed
Job Type: Permanent or Seasonal
Join Haulfryn as a motivated, energetic fitness professional to lead engaging classes, deliver personal training, and maintain a welcoming, safe gym environment at Finlake Holiday Park.

Responsibilities
* Lead engaging classes for a range of fitness levels, with a focus on evening schedules
* Deliver high-quality personal training sessions, inductions, and fitness advice to help members achieve tangible results
* Drive class attendance through motivating workouts, interactive coaching, and strong guest/member relationships
* Maintain a safe, welcoming gym environment, including basic equipment checks and a friendly gym-floor presence
* Support membership growth and promotions by converting inductions into class attendance and personal training clients
* Collaborate with the Leisure Team on events, customer service, and general facility upkeep
Requirements & Qualifications
* Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification (essential)
* Proven group instruction or activity leadership experience
* Excellent communication skills to engage and inspire members of all fitness levels
* Positive, flexible mindset, ready to adapt to class schedules and guest needs
* Customer-focused approach with outstanding service
Preferred Skills
* NPLQ Pool Lifeguard Qualification (desirable)
* First Aid at Work qualification
* Basic IT/data security knowledge for handling bookings and digital records

What You’ll Do
* Lead engaging classes and PT sessions that cater to varied fitness levels
* Deliver inductions, fitness advice, and ensure members achieve tangible results
* Promote class attendance and conversions to personal training clients
* Maintain a safe, welcoming gym environment and contribute to facility upkeep
