Duties will include: Assisting customers in finding their desired vehicle via the Mercedes-Benz online showroom Contacting interested parties and customers by telephone and in writing to generate Sales Leads. Conducting face-to-face meetings and presenting the Mercedes-Benz range. Informing and advising visitors on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, equipment, prices, conditions, technical data and other information Evaluating used cars and conducting appraisals of customers vehicle. Assessing the condition of Trade Ins and ensuring all defects /damage reported and recorded prior to a Part Exchange price being agreed. Organising and carrying out test-drives and evaluate results. Involvement in sales events. Guaranteeing professional level of product presentation (price marking, accessibility, cleanliness, etc). What we are l ookin g for: A genuine passion for cars and customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. A full UK driving licence. Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not essential. What We Offer: Comprehensive training and development programme.
