Pure are supporting a Group of companies based in Suffolk to recruit an experienced HR Manager on a interim basis for six months. This role offers some flexibility and hybrid working.
The main purpose the role is to oversee employee relations across the Group, in particular managing disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence casework. The role will support the Group in retaining a high performing workforce.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Oversee employee relations casework across the Group
2. Line manage a small team of HR Leads and Officers.
3. Provide advice and guidance to all employees on relevant policies, procedures and any relevant legislation.
4. Work with senior leaders and managers to execute effective resolutions to cases.
5. Provide coaching, guidance and training to Managers to support a proactive and effective approach to people management.
Candidates should have a generalist HR background, and be comfortable with an employee relations focussed role.
