This role will involve suporting our chef to deliver tasty and nutricious meals for our residents Food Prep: Assist our chef with daily tasks like chopping, peeling, and measuring ingredients Cleanliness: Maintain high hygiene standards by washing dishes, pots, and utensils and keeping workstations clean Stock Management: Assist with receiving deliveries, organising the storeroom, and ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO). Compliance: Strictly follow all food safety, COSHH, and HACCP regulations. Cooking: On our chefs days off and holidays you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to established standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
