Position: Senior Associate or Legal Director, Employment team
Location: Leeds
Salary: range from £100- 150k, DOE

Who We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 6+ years’ PQE and a strong background in employment law. You should be:
* Confident managing complex matters independently
* Skilled in both contentious and non-contentious employment work
* Experienced in cross-border projects and Employment Tribunal litigation
* A strong communicator with excellent academic credentials
* Motivated, commercially aware, and client-focused
* A team player who enjoys mentoring junior colleagues and engaging in business development
