As our Quality Manager, youll be responsible for developing and implementing robust quality systems and collaborating across departments to ensure compliance is maintained.
Youll play a key role in shaping our quality culture and delivering operational excellence.
What Youll Be Doing
Line management duties.
Ensure compliance to Awarding Organisations, External stakeholders and assessment strategy requirements for all accredited qualifications.
Lead ALN activities.
Lead on Portals Self-assessment and monitor the Quality Development Plan.
Drive curriculum activities and adherence to stakeholder requirements.
Be the point of contact for all Awarding Organisations (AO).
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality management role.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and regulatory standards.
Effective communicator with leadership experience.
Relevant qualifications (V1, Assessors Qualification)
This is a home-based (field-based) role, therefore the ability to travel is essential.
Starting Salary: £36,000 per annum, PLUS a £1000 uplift for Welsh speaking.

Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week), reduced hours will be considered.
