About Your Role
The role of the Sales Executive is to discover and pursue new leads, as well as build and maintain the sales pipeline. They should be able to negotiate deals whilst maintaining customer satisfaction through the sales process. The Sales Executive will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills allowing them to be comfortable reaching out to our customers in person. They should be target‑driven, competitive and a team player, with a drive to meet or exceed sales volumes, rates and prices. Ultimately, the Sales Executive will help us to meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth through sales.
Through your commitment to putting customer experience first, you will secure buyers and tenants for our mixed‑tenure development. We hope that you’ll find our approach to marketing and sales refreshing; we’re just as interested in assessing a customer’s feedback on their experience with you as we are simply about how many sales you’ve achieved.
About You
It is essential that you have experience in new‑homes sales. You need to possess the knowledge and passion to market this exciting development. You will also have excellent administration skills and will keep all paperwork up to date. It is a pre‑requisite that you have excellent communication skills and that you can influence in a positive manner. Ultimately, you will understand what good customer service looks like and will have a real interest in making a difference to people’s lives through the work that you do.
