We're looking for a proactive
HR Manager
to join our growing logistics business on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and shape our people strategy, ensuring we continue to attract, develop, and retain the very best talent as we scale.
What You'll Be Doing
As our HR Manager, you'll take ownership of the HR function, providing both strategic input and hands-on support across all areas, including:
* Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
* Supporting managers with recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
* Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and best practice.
* Driving performance, engagement, and a positive workplace culture.
* Acting as a trusted advisor across the business on all HR-related matters.
What We're Looking For
* Proven HR experience at Manager or Senior Advisor level.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* The confidence to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* A hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
* (Bonus) Experience within logistics, transport, or other fast-paced operational settings.
* CIPD Level 5 (or above) preferred.
