Responsibilities

* Sell a wide range of commercial vehicles tailored to customer needs
* Guide customers through the buying process and deliver solutions that match their requirements
* Follow up and convert leads from CRM and other sources into successful sales
* Provide expert advice on finance, insurance, and related products
* Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
* Support colleagues to achieve team sales targets
* Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales progress, and customer interactions
* Consistently deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction


Candidate Requirements

* Proven sales experience (minimum 1–2 years) in a target‑driven environment
* Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for working with people
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities
* Proactive, solutions‑focused, and adaptable to fast‑paced environments
* Knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and technologies (training provided)
* Ability to achieve/exceed KPIs and convert leads into sales
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C (including Maths & English)
* Full valid UK driving licence

* Drive and determination to meet personal and team targets
* Confidence in advising customers on vehicle features, specifications, and advanced technologies
* Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
* Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with product and market knowledge
* Strong organisational skills and a positive, “can‑do” attitude
