We’re working with a well-established national leisure business to recruit a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join one of their largest and most dynamic UK locations.
About the Role
This is not your typical HR role. As HR Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving compliant, efficient, and people-focused practices across the site. You’ll lead on all areas of people compliance, including Right to Work, DBS checks, and employee relations, ensuring the site remains fully aligned with UK employment law and internal policy.
Working closely with both local leadership and a central People Team, you'll provide trusted guidance, audit support, and policy expertise across the full employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding through to data governance and ongoing team development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct regular audits and present findings to senior site and central teams
2. Ensure compliance in recruitment, onboarding, time & attendance, payroll input, and employee records
3. Lead on Right to Work and DBS monitoring, including system reviews and leader training
4. Guide and support managers on complex ER issues and policy application
