This role sits within our Product Development Team and reports directly to the Ingredients Manager. This is a pivotal role in supporting and ensuring the delivery of safe, quality foods across numerous business sectors, that meet all legislative requirements and apetito policies. Engagement with our suppliers, as well as other apetito teams, to collate and share information on our raw materials and finished product specifications will be a key aspect of this role. You will actively support the development team with new concept development in areas such as ingredient functionality and legislative requirements. You will be a “go-to” source of information for our meals supporting your colleagues in areas such as dietetics, marketing and sales. As a Food Technologist you will be supported to stay up to date with Food legislation, as you will play a key role in the implementation of any changes. This role is based at our Trowbridge headquarters on a six-month fixed term contract.
