Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Stoke-On-Trent. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include creating and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, providing product knowledge, and meeting sales targets. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proactive and customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
* Sales and business development skills, including experience in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
* Proficiency in negotiating contracts and managing customer relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Knowledge or experience in the commercial and industrial construction sector is a plus.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.
