Project Overview
The project consists of two student accommodation buildings on a single site:

Building 1: 18-storey reinforced concrete frame with traditional brick façade
*
Building 2: 19- & 22-storey towers with aluminium façade
Initial works will focus on enabling works, substructure, and RC frame, progressing through to façade and envelope packages as the project develops.
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and capable Site Manager to join the project team from the early stages. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take responsibility for managing site operations through groundworks, RC frame, and façade works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
This role suits a hands-on, driven Site Manager with a solid technical base and the ambition to grow with a long-term project.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations across enabling works, substructure, and RC frame
*
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and to programme
*
Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and housekeeping
*
Review and manage RAMS, ITPs, permits, and inspections
*
Work closely with the Project Manager and Assistant Site Managers
*
Monitor progress against programme and report risks or delays
*
Manage transition into façade and external envelope works (brickwork and aluminium systems)
*
Attend and contribute to site and progress meetings
*
Maintain accurate site records, reports, and diaries
Requirements
*
Previous experience as a Site Manager on high-rise or RC frame projects
*
Strong background in groundworks, substructure, and reinforced concrete frames
*
Façade experience (brickwork or aluminium systems) is highly beneficial
*
Good understanding of construction sequencing and temporary works
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
SMSTS, CSCS Card (Black or Gold)
*
Proactive, motivated, and keen to develop with the project
