An experienced HR Administrator is required on a temporary basis to join a large manufacturing business based near Marston Green. An immediate start ideally, looking to work on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months. Assisting with a transition project to move to a shared service centre, you will be working in a small team to assist them during this busy period.
As a HR Administrator you will be -
* Managing a shared inbox; handling queries and monitoring absences
* Completing contracts for new starters and ensuring the onboarding process is followed
* Liaising with shared service centre to update SAP software for associate details
* Uploading all physical files onto a central server
* Updating benefit plans and ensuring these are distributed to employees
Ideally for this role you will have -
* Proven HR experience
* IT literate, preferably with SAP experience
* Confident liaising with internal staff members face-to-face, over the phone and via email
