Role
We are seeking to recruit a lawyer in the field of employment law to join our growing team. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
The Employment Team at Legal and Risk Services, the in‑house solicitors for NHS Wales based in Cardiff, require a full‑time solicitor, barrister or legal executive. The post holder will undertake the case management of a range of employment law matters from the initial advice request, to the issue of the ET claim to settlement or trial under appropriate supervision and subject to experience. Experience of respondent litigation is preferred but candidates with good knowledge and experience of employment matters will be considered.
