We are working with a fast-growing VC-backed software company that is looking to appoint its first Chief Human Resources Officer.
The company has scaled quickly and is now entering its next phase of growth. As the business continues to expand internationally, the leadership team is looking for an experienced People leader who can help build the organisational structure, leadership capability, and people processes needed to support continued scale.
The role would suit someone who has operated in a high-growth software, SaaS, or technology environment and is comfortable balancing strategic influence with practical delivery.
Responsibilities
* Partner closely with the CEO and executive team on people strategy, organisational design, and workforce planning.
* Build and scale the people function to support the company’s next stage of growth.
* Lead talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the business can attract and hire high-quality talent across multiple functions and locations.
* Develop effective frameworks for performance management, career progression, compensation, and leadership development.
* Help shape and strengthen the company culture as the organisation continues to grow.
Requirements
* Senior HR leadership experience in a high-growth technology, software, or SaaS environment.
* Experience scaling people functions in a VC-backed, PE-backed, or founder-led business.
* Strong understanding of organisational design, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement.
* Comfortable working closely with founders, CEOs, and senior leadership teams.
